Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have safe access to your home (door code, key, garage code), you do not need to be present.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed for your service.

Do you clean with eco‑friendly products?
We use safe, effective, home‑friendly products. If you prefer eco‑only products, let us know before your appointment.

What should I do before my cleaning?
Please pick up personal items, toys, laundry, and clutter so our team can focus on cleaning. (We offer light organizing as an add‑on if needed.)

Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes — inside fridge, freezer, oven, cabinets, and drawers are available as add‑ons. Move‑In/Out cleanings include these by default.

Do you clean inside windows?
Inside windows, tracks, and sills are included in Move‑In/Out and Deep Cleaning services. Available as add‑ons for Standard Service.

What if I have pets?
We love pets. Please secure any pets that may be anxious around new people. Heavy pet hair removal is available as an add‑on.

What if my home is larger than the listed square footage?
Homes above the listed sq ft require an in‑person assessment for accurate pricing.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to address any missed areas.

Do you move furniture or appliances?
No. For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances.

Do you check expiration dates in the fridge or pantry?
No. We do not check or discard expired items.

Is Move‑In/Out cleaning done on furnished homes?
No. The home must be empty. Dishes left behind will incur an additional charge.

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleanings?
Yes! Weekly clients receive 10% off and bi‑weekly clients receive 5% off.
