1. Choose Your Service
Select the cleaning that fits your home’s needs: Standard, Deep, or Move‑In/Out.
We provide a very close pricing estimate menu so you have a clear idea of what to expect based on your home’s layout and square footage.
Depending on when your home was last cleaned professionally, your first cleaning may need to be a Deep Cleaning to bring the space up to SparklePro standards. Homes that are already well‑maintained may not require this step.
This allows us to properly reset the home before transitioning into a Standard maintenance routine.
2. If Needed, Book Your Free Consultation (Walkthrough)
Most homes that match our standard layouts and are in normal condition can be priced directly from our menu. If your home has a unique layout, larger square footage, or needs extra attention, we can confirm the details with a quick phone assessment or an optional in‑person walkthrough, whichever you prefer.
3. If SparklePro Is the Right Fit, Book Your Cleaning
After your assessment, or if your home matches our pricing menu and you feel we’re the right team for you, you’re welcome to book your cleaning. You can also reach out directly and we’ll take care of the scheduling for you.

4. Prepare Your Home
To help our team work efficiently, please:
- Pick up personal items, toys, and clutter
- Secure pets if needed
- Leave out clean sheets if you want beds changed
(If you need help preparing, we offer light organizing as an add‑on.)
5. Provide Instructions for Your Cleaning Crew
Before your first official cleaning, please fill out the New Customer Intake Form.
This form gives us all access instructions, preferences, pet notes, and any special details your cleaning crew should know before entering your home.
6. We Arrive Fully Equipped
Our team arrives with all supplies, tools, and equipment.
You don’t need to provide anything except access to the home.
7. We Clean Using a Detailed Checklist
Every service follows a structured SparklePro checklist to ensure consistency and quality.
We clean thoroughly, respectfully, and with attention to detail.
8. Final Touches & Completion
You will receive a completion message once your cleaning is finished.
If anything feels missed or not up to your expectations, simply reply to that message within 24 hours.
We’ll gladly return to make it right — your satisfaction matters, and we want you to feel fully taken care of.
